Mommies, Let’s Get Physical
Are you looking for a way to stay fit throughout your pregnancy? Classes are specially designed for expectant moms and exercises will be done in a standing position with occasional sitting on chairs. Moms should wear comfortable exercise clothing and sneakers, bring a towel and bottle of water.
