Lab Services

Accredited by the College of American Pathologists and staffed by four board-certified pathologists, the full-service laboratory at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center meets standards set by the CAP & Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act.

Transfusion services are accredited by the American Association of Blood Bank which is the premiere Agency for Blood Banking. We are the only hospital system that currently has this accreditation in Volusia county. Transfusion service is also accredited by the College of American Pathologist.
