Stephen Levine, MD, FACS, CWS-P, serves as medical director for the Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine and as medical director of Bariatric Surgery at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center.
Board certified in surgery, critical care medicine and as a wound specialist, he has more than 25 years experience in general surgery and wound care.
He is one of the first physicians in the U.S. with the designation of Certified Wound Specialist - Physician by the American Academy of Wound Management.
Lisa Farrar, DPM, FACFS, is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons with more than 12 years experience in podiatry. Dr. Farrar has been a member of the Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, formerly Florida Hospital Ormond Memorial, since 2002.
Donald Johnson, Jr., DPM, joined the Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, formerly Florida Hospital Ormond Memorial, in 2002. Board qualified in podiatric medicine and podiatric surgery, Dr. Johnson has 13 years of experience.
