2009 CFHE Conference

PURPOSE:

      Members of the organization will share mutual concerns dealing with education in the healthcare industry; provide education to promote professional development for members, exchange ideas for possible solutions according to each organization’s need, and serve as a professional resource network for individual members and the healthcare education community.

OBJECTIVES:

1.      Promote professional development and stimulate the educational process to meet the needs of the organization.

2.      Promote a means for improvement of patient care through effective education for all healthcare personnel.

3.      Provide input on regulatory issues that relate to healthcare education and practice.

MEETINGS: 
1.        Meetings will be held the second Friday of each month from 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM.

      2 .       No meetings occur during the months of June and July
3.        Meetings will be held at “Central Florida Regional Hospital” in Sanford, FL or a designated, alternate site.
4.        Invited guests are welcome to attend the monthly meetings.
5.        A quorum will consist of one third of eligible voters.
6.        At least one expanded education program will be offered yearly instead of a scheduled meeting.
