Cutie Calendar Voting Results Are In!

12 Local Children To Be Featured in Florida Hospital’s 2010 Calendar

(Daytona Beach) – After nine days of voting and nearly 35,000 votes cast, the BirthCare Center at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center is proud to announce the winners of the Cutie Calendar Contest:  Julianna, 2, Palm Coast; Matthew, 6 months, Palm Coast; Emma,14 months, Palm Coast; Blake,13 months, Ormond Beach; Logan, 2, Bunnell; Cain, 3, Bunnell; Caleb, 5 months, South Daytona; Bryson, 4 months, Bunnell; Megan, 20 months, Ormond Beach; Tanner, 8 months, Palm Coast; Daniel, 3 months, Orange City; and Makayla, 3, Port Orange.  Winning cutie photos can be viewed at www.FloridaHospitalCutieCalendar.com.

Each winner will be featured in the 2010 BirthCare Center calendar, to be released in early December.  Included in the prize package is a complimentary professional photography session courtesy of Radosta Photography.  Winners also will be recognized at a calendar unveiling in early December.

Nearly 200 children were part of a casting call held Sunday, Sept. 20, at the hospital. About 500 proud parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, along with the kids, participated in the festivities, which included tours of the BirthCare Center, a baby expo, bounce houses, face painting and a professional photography snap shot session.  Also, 12 families received fabulous door prizes, including a $50 restaurant gift certificate, courtesy of Cherished Memories, two Orlando Magic tickets from Browning Communications, one week of swim lessons provided by Infant Swimming Resource, professional photography sessions by Radosta Photography, Svan highchair courtesy of Tiny Toes Children’s Shop, Gund teddy bear from Baby Sea Fox and a free birthday party at The Little Gym.

The 2010 Cutie Calendar is collaborative effort between Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center’s BirthCare Center, East Coast Community Bank, Running Dog Solutions, Volusia Parent, WVYB 103.3 FM, Radosta Photography, Browning Communications, Tiny Toes Children’s Shop, Baby Sea Fox, Calvary Christian Church and Mirage Communications.
