URGENT PUBLIC NOTICE
FLORIDA HOSPITAL ORMOND MEMORIAL will close the Ormond Beach location at 875 Sterthaus Ave., Ormond Beach, at 6 a.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2009. All patients will be transported by ambulance to the new Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center at 301 Memorial Medical Parkway, Daytona Beach, Florida beginning at 8 a.m. It is anticipated that approximately 100 patients will be relocated.
The Emergency Department at the Daytona Beach location will open at 6 a.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2009, to receive patients. The Emergency Department at the Ormond Beach location will close after the last patient has been transported to new Daytona Beach facility. Patients who arrive at the Ormond Beach location for emergency treatment after the Emergency Room has closed will be assessed and directed to the new Daytona Beach facility.
