On behalf of the Food and Nutrition Services Department (FANS), I would like to welcome you to the FANS department's website.  I hope you find this a helpful resource.

We are a self-operated, full-service dining operation for Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center (FHMMC) and Florida Hospital Oceanside (FHO).  It is a great honor and pleasure to serve you in our dining locations.

The mission of the FANS Department is to provide warm hospitality and a healing food experience.  Our passion is to demonstrate this mission in all our service lines – clinical nutrition, patient dining, retail dining and catering.
